Access to the Calling Clarity Courses.
You will get access to the courses, course materials, library, and all the updates that are made in the course for as long as the course exists.
The Calling Clarity Facebook group is provided solely as a free bonus to the program and for your convenience. The Calling Clarity Facebook group may be closed at any time by www.deneentb.com or www.callingclarity.com or Grow From Your Overflow, LLC, with or without notice. The closing of the Facebook group is not grounds for a refund of any kind.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the products offered on www.deneentb.com or www.callingclarity.com, all sales of PDFs, eBooks, templates, courses, subscriptions, and memberships are final except for those noted under the 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE 30-DAY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course.
The website provides a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee for the Program. That guarantee is governed by the following terms.
To be eligible for any type of refund, you have to provide proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. If you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact Deneen at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59PM EST.
The request for a refund must include your coursework (if the requirements listed below are not included in your request, you will not be granted a refund).
Requirements for the Calling Clarity Course:
- Requirement: You must provide the completed course downloads found in all modules of the program.
- Requirement: You must send links to your website and/or landing pages and social media pages used to promote your business.
- Requirement: You must complete and provide me with 25 Ideal Client interviews, 360 Tool and Business Plan in the program.
- Requirement: You must complete the rest of the Homework in the course and attach your files (photos/scans of the pages if you filled them manually or the PDF file if you filled it digitally).
- Requirement: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
For any request made later than 30 days after the date of purchase, a refund will NOT be provided. After the 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee period is over, you are responsible for full payment of the program fees regardless of whether you complete the course.
Once you receive a refund of any purchase through the 30-day guarantee, your access to the material provided under this Agreement and the Website’s Terms of Use will be terminated immediately, as well as your access to the private support group for course members on Facebook.
